Terms and Conditions  −  School Holidays: Creative Day Camps (cost:$125pp)

Welcome to Pillars & Stone! Please carefully read the following Terms & Conditions, as they outline the rules and guidelines for participation in our workshops.

Registration and Payment
1. Registration: Participants must register for the workshop via our booking link.
Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Payment: The cost is per child per day, which includes all materials and
supplies. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure a
spot.

Cancellations and Refunds
1. Cancellations by Participants: If a participant needs to cancel, please notify
us at least 48 hours before the date of participation for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a
refund.
2. Cancellations by Organiser: In the unlikely event that the workshop is
cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be provided.

Attendance and Participation
1. Drop-Off Event: This is a drop-off event. Parents are not allowed to stay
during the workshop. Please ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of your child.
2. Age Requirement: The workshop is designed for children aged 7-12 years
old. Participants must fall within this age range.

Health and Safety
3. Allergies and Special Needs: Please inform us of any allergies, medical
conditions, or special needs your child may have at the time of registration.
4. Safety: We prioritise the safety of all participants. Children are expected to
follow instructions and behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow
participants.

Materials and Personal Belongings
1. Supplies: All necessary materials and supplies for the art projects will be
provided.
2. Personal Belongings: Children should bring a labelled lunch, snacks (no allergy foods please) and a labelled bottle of water. The organiser is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

Conduct and Behaviour
1. Respectful Environment: We aim to create a fun and respectful
environment. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the instructors may result in the participant being asked to leave the workshop
without a refund.
2. Participation: All children are expected to participate fully in the activities and
respect the creative process of their peers.

Photography and Media
1. Photography: Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop for
promotional purposes. By registering, you consent to your child's image being used in marketing materials. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the workshop.

Liability
1. Waiver of Liability: By registering for the workshop, you agree that organiser,
its instructors, and staff are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that
may occur during the workshop.
2. Medical Emergency: In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact
the emergency services and the parent/guardian immediately.

Agreement
1. Acceptance: By completing the registration process and attending the
workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to
abide by these Terms & Conditions.
