CENTRESTAGE RECORDING STUDIOS: EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Ticket Validity: This ticket serves as proof of purchase for the event and must be presented for admission and at the performance seating entry point.
2. Non-Transferability:This ticket is non-transferable, and only one individual is allowed entry per ticket purchased.
3. Ticket Duplication: Duplicating tickets for fraudulent entry is strictly prohibited.
4. Refund Policy: Refunds are available at the discretion of the Event Organizer. Please choose your tickets carefully, as there may be a "no refunds" policy.
5. Right to Refuse Entry: The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual.
6. Tax Invoice: This ticket may serve as a tax invoice or receipt for registration or other event payments, but this applies only to purchased tickets.
7. TryBooking Platform: Issued and managed through the TryBooking platform, this ticket is subject to TryBooking's Terms and Conditions.

9. Latecomers: Latecomers may need to wait to be seated. No refunds will be provided. Doors open 45 minutes before the event's scheduled start time.
10. Ticket Resale: Tickets cannot be resold at a price higher than the purchase price. Scalped tickets may be canceled, and the holder may be denied entry.
11. Code of Conduct: Any person who is disruptive, intoxicated, threatening, or unruly may be asked to leave the premises.
12. Recording and Photography Rights: The Event Organizer reserves the right to film, photograph, and produce videos of the event.
13. Event Cancellation: In case of unforeseen circumstances leading to event cancellation, full refunds will be issued to all patrons.
14. Food and Drinks: No food or drink is allowed within the concert grounds. Refreshments are available at the venue before and after the concert. Food and drinks are not permitted within the performance area.
15. Data Collection: Any data collected for marketing purposes will adhere strictly to the Privacy of Information Act.
16. Photography and Recording Equipment: Unless specified otherwise, the use of cameras, photographic, or recording equipment, including mobile phones, may be prohibited during the event. Mobile phones must be switched off during the performance.
17. Security Checks: You may be subject to a security search of your person and belongings before entering the event.
18. Children's Entry: Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
19. Ticket Purchase Limit: The Promoter or venue may limit ticket purchases per entity to ensure fair access.
20. Program Changes: The advertised program, artists, and pricing may change without notice, at the discretion of the Promoter.
21. Personal Property: Neither the Organizers nor the ticketing entity accept responsibility for personal property. Patrons are advised to limit valuable item(s) brought to the event.
22. Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Centrestage Recording Studios and event organizers disclaim all liability for any injuries at events.
