CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

A. Entries close 13 October at 11.59pm or when classes have reached 30 students per class.
B. Full instructions regarding drop off/collection and registration on the day will be provided in the booking
confirmation email.
C. Students are required to wear shoes and appropriate clothing when not in class when, arriving and departing
from venue. As per COVID-19 regulations, all students should arrive for all classes dressed and ready to dance
(streetwear over dancewear), as full change room facilities may not be available. All students should bring their
own water bottles and face towels.
D. In the event of anyone becoming unwell on the day of the event, the RAD will respond in accordance with our
Care and Response Procedure and Covid Management Policy.
E. Each student will need to have a name tag (supplied by the RAD) on their leotard at all times.
F. Unless otherwise directed by the parent/guardian it is accepted that photographs taken during this
workshop may be used for RAD promotional/reporting purposes.
G. Workshop fees are non-refundable unless a written request is made and accompanied by a medical certificate.
A 50% refund is available on presentation of a medical certificate.
H. The Academy reserves the right to alter the advertised program and/or faculty without prior notice. The
information in this and other printed or electronic brochures and notices was correct at the time of printing.
I. RAD Australia and our host venue will be operating as per our current COVIDSafety plans and policies; which
are subject to change from time to time (in line with any changes to state and federal government regulations

By entering a student into the Masterclass Series, you acknowledge that the student, their parent/guardian, and their Teacher have read and agree to abide by these and any other Terms and Conditions (as listed on TryBooking). This includes the requirements to self-exclude if symptomatic, self-isolating or quarantining; to sign in to the venue for the purposes of contact tracing; and to wear masks if/where required.

PLEASE NOTE: The RAD has safeguarding policy and procedures in place. While physical contact will be minimised, and physical distancing measures maintained where required by government COVID-19 restrictions, some physical contact may be necessary to demonstrate exercises or if a member of staff needs to administer first aid. If you would like to discuss this please contact the Event Organiser. Students attending the Masterclass Series do so at their own risk.
