All bus pass bookings must be finalised by Sunday 23 November.

At this stage, attendees can book return buses for all events. However, whether each bus will go ahead will depend on the number of bookings received. In the last week of November, attendees will be notified which buses will proceed. Refunds will be issued accordingly for any buses that do not go ahead.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
