FAQs:
1. The moves are simple and designed so you can easily follow along, no matter your skill level. It is all about moving freely, following easy steps, and enjoying the moment - no need to memorize choreographies.
2. The program is designed for mothers who feel ready to dance, which can vary individually. It is important to feel safe and comfortable while participating. If you have any concerns, please consult your GP or MCHN beforehand.
3. Additionally, babies should have enough stability to sit securely and comfortably in the carrier, allowing for safe and enjoyable movement while dancing. If you're unsure whether your baby is positioned correctly in the carrier, consider seeking advice from a professional babywearing consultant or trusted online resources.
