Terms & Conditions – Sunset Serenade at Rusty Gate
By purchasing a ticket or making a reservation for the Sunset Serenade event at Rusty Gate Grove Bar & Winery, you agree to the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable Policy
All bookings and ticket purchases for this event are strictly non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.
2. Transfers
While tickets are non-refundable, they may be transferred to another guest with prior written notice to our team at least 24 hours before the event. Please email info@bayfusion.com.au to arrange any name changes.
3. Event Changes & Cancellation by Organizer
Rusty Gate Grove Bar & Winery reserves the right to cancel, or relocate the event on premise due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather, safety concerns, or staffing issues).
4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Late arrivals or failure to attend the event will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be provided.
5. Dietary Requirements
Please notify us of any dietary requirements at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee substitutions on the day without prior notice.
