As a one-woman show, operating as a small business and balancing life as a mum, I am UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS. I can no longer offer ticket transfers to different dates, in the instance you’re unable to attend the session you’ve booked in for, unless there are exceptional circumstances (e.g. crisis). You may, by all means, ask someone else to attend with your ticket.
I trust that people read these terms and understand that I set these boundaries from a heart-centred place. Please contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns. My door is always open.
In the instance I have to cancel any/all sessions, I will of course refund the due amount to all participants.
