2026 Rich River Rod Run – Terms and Conditions
Organised by: Rich River Rod and Custom Club Inc.
1. Agreement to Terms
By submitting an entry to participate in the 2026 Rich River Rod Run (the Event), you (the Entrant) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Release of Liability
By entering and participating in the Event, the Entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Rich River Rod and Custom Club Inc. (the Organiser), its committee members, volunteers, sponsors, and all associated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with any loss, damage, or injury (including but not limited to damage to vehicles or personal property, or personal injury or death) that may be sustained by the Entrant or any associated party while participating in or attending the Event.
3. Compliance with Road Rules
Entrants must comply with all applicable road laws and regulations in both New South Wales (NSW) and Victoria (VIC) at all times during the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, the responsible and lawful operation of vehicles.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Any Entrant who is observed by the Organiser, its representatives, or authorised officials:
engaging in dangerous or illegal driving behaviour,
breaching any applicable road rules,
or performing burnouts, street racing, or similar activities,
will be immediately ejected from the Event. The Organiser may also report such conduct to the relevant authorities. No refunds will be provided to any Entrant removed from the Event for breaching these Terms and Conditions.
5. General Provisions
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to any person at its sole discretion.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and Victoria, as applicable.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
