Terms of Purchase:
All information submitted must be true and correct at the time of registration. Any statement found to not be true instantly voids the registration and the student will not be able to participate.
Classes may be physically strenuous and participation is voluntary, based on a participant’s own assessment of their fitness, health, ability to participate and understanding of the class requirements, activities and expected outcomes. Participation is based on an understanding and knowledge there is a risk of personal injury or death. By entering the studio or class venue participants agree that Prudence Caldwell Coaching is in no way responsible for personal injury or death. Participants are responsible for ensuring one’s own physical and mental health before, during and after classes.
Refunds
Please note that Tickets Purchased for the 2026 Summer Masterclass Series are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason.
Tickets for the event include submission to the Prudence Caldwell Young artist scholarship. A dancer may choose to opt out of the PCYAS, but a refund is not provided for this portion of the ticket.
Changes to event
Prudence Caldwell Coaching reserves the right to cancel or change the time or date of the event or change its venue, content and the mentors at any time at our discretion. If we exercise that right of cancellation all Tickets will be transferred to the new event dates. Please note this is only if the event is postponed due to unforeseen issues outside the control of PCC, not for if the attendee changes their mind to attend.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
