Ticket Purchase

All tickets are non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law or at the organiser’s discretion in the case of event cancellation or significant change.

Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified.

Seating

Seating is allocated or general admission, as specified on the ticket. Please arrive early to secure your seat.

Late arrivals may be seated at the discretion of event staff during appropriate intervals.

Admission

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for disorderly conduct, health and safety reasons, or non-compliance with venue policies.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Photography & Filming

The event may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in event-related media unless otherwise advised in writing prior to the event.

Personal photography is allowed unless otherwise announced. Flash and tripods may be restricted.

Prohibited Items

No alcohol, illegal substances, or dangerous items permitted. Bag checks may be conducted.

Accessibility

QMC is a wheelchair-accessible venue. Please notify organisers in advance for any specific access requirements.

Program Changes

The organiser reserves the right to alter the program, performers, or schedule without prior notice where necessary.

COVID-19 or Public Health Requirements

Attendees must comply with any public health directives or venue-specific health requirements in place at the time of the event.

Liability

Attendees enter at their own risk. The organiser accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except where required by law.
