By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

A Registration Confirmation Email will be issued upon registration to your nominated email address which will include a Receipt for payment.

Online Ticket: A full refund will be issued for cancellations up until 3 working days prior to the Symposium. No refunds will be issued after this date however substitutions are welcome.

In-person Ticket: A full refund will be issued for cancellations up until 14 working days prior to the Symposium. No refunds will be issued after this date however substitutions are welcome.

If there is a substitute please advise us on tlswa@tlswi.com as soon as possible so we can welcome this person.

Transferring Registration: If a participant wishes to transfer from a virtual registration to an in-person registration, they will be required to pay the difference.
There will be no part-refund for transfers from in-person attendance to virtual attendance, if notification is received less than 5 working days before the Symposium.

Should TLSW Australia cancel the Symposium for any reason, those registered at this time will be entitled to a full refund of registration fees only.

For privacy reasons we will not be providing any recordings from the Symposium.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
