By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive event-related information via email from the Event Organiser.
Refunds are only available up to 14 days prior to the event and must be requested in writing. After this time, tickets are non-refundable.
All tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, personal circumstances, or weather-related disruptions, unless otherwise required by law.
Tickets may be transferred to another guest with written notice provided at least 48 hours prior to the event.
All dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking or no later than 14 days before the event.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, menu, or inclusions if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18+ with valid ID.
This is a ticketed event—no door sales. Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.
The event may proceed in wet weather; refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions.
Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience.
By attending this event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and archival purposes.
Seating will be allocated. If you wish to be seated with another booking, please email horses@willinga.com.au.
If minimum numbers are not met, the event may be rescheduled or cancelled with notice.
