1. This ticket is proof of purchase for the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. This ticket is non-transferable (unless prior notice is given) and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Tickets must not be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. Attendees must follow venue rules and staff instructions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for:
• Disruptive or disrespectful behavior
• Harassment or unsafe conduct
• Excessive intoxication
5. Refunds:
• Full refund: cancellation 7+ days before the event
• 50% refund: cancellation 3–6 days before the event
• No refund: cancellation less than 72 hours before the event
• Tickets are transferable with prior notice
• If the event is cancelled, a rescheduled event or refund will be offered
• Dark Room Disco is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets

6. This ticket may serve as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.
7. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking platform and is also subject to TryBooking’s Terms and Conditions.

10. Tickets must not be resold above their original price. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and entry denied.
11. Some parts of the event may be filmed for promotional use. If you don’t wish to appear on camera, please let our team know on arrival. We’ll provide a wristband and do our best to avoid filming you while dancing.The Event Organiser retains all rights to film, photograph, and recorded video at the event.
12. Any data collected for marketing purposes will be handled in accordance with Privacy Act 1988. Your data will not be used for marketing unless you gave consent at the point of purchase. Any personal data collected (e.g. name and email) will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. Your information will not be used for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly opted in.
