No refunds on bookings unless decided so by Program Director.

In the event a participant is unable to attend a booked session, with at least seven days notice their booking may be transferred to another session, or reallocated to another participant within your organisation.

A minimum number of participants is required for trainings. If the minimum number has not been met, you will be notified with at least seven days notice, and given the option of a full refund (minus fees and charges), or a transfer to another available session.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive email notifications from the Program Organiser.
