Tickets may be transferred or refunded upon written request, subject to organiser approval, provided the request is made before 5pm on Thursday 25 September 2025. After this time, tickets are strictly non-refundable due to final venue commitments.

Entry is granted with a valid ticket; however, organisers reserve the right to refuse admission for safety or security reasons. Professional conduct is expected at all times. Program details may change; updates will be shared via official channels.
