There will be official photographers/videographers at this event. They will be clearly identifiable by orange hi-vis vests marked Official Photographer.

By taking part in this event, you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to in accordance with the agricultural society's aims.

This may include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please tell the photographers when they're filming near you at the event. Please note we can not guarantee that you will not be in the background of general crowd shots or incidentally in other wide shots.
