Terms & Conditions:
• Tickets can be fully refunded if cancellations are made before 5th August 2025.
• Tickets can be partially refunded (75%) if cancellations are made from 6th - 20th Aug 2025.
• Tickets can be partially refunded (50%) if cancellations are made from 21st Aug - 6th Sept 2025.
• No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours before the event and no-shows
• Please do not attend if you are unwell or have Covid symptoms. Your ticket will be partially refunded (50%).

Photography & Video Disclaimer:
This event is being videoed and photographed for PAA (Melb). By attending and participating in the event, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the recording and give consent to you and your likeness appearing on our recording or any media for our use. Please inform the event organisers if you do not wish to appear in any of the images/recordings, or please refrain from entering or participating in the event if you do not wish to appear in any of the images/recordings.
