Ticket Policy
All tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.
Tickets are not transferable unless authorised in writing by the organiser.
A valid ticket must be presented for entry (digital or printed).

Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds for change of mind or inability to attend.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, full refunds will be issued automatically.
If rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. Refunds may be requested within 5 business days of notice.

Attendees must follow current NSW Health advice and venue policies.
If unwell, you are advised not to attend and may contact the organiser for options.

Photography & Media Consent
This event may be photographed or filmed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes unless you notify the organiser at check-in.

The organiser is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising during the event except as required by law.
