Falls Creek Race Club Raffle – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
o The raffle is conducted by the Falls Creek Race Club (the “Promoter”).
2. Draw Details
o The raffle draw will take place at 8:00pm on Saturday, 12 July 2025 at the St Falls Boardroom, Falls Creek Resort, Victoria.
3. Ticket Sales
o A total of 200 tickets will be available for sale.
o Each ticket is priced at AUD $50.00.
o Tickets can only be purchased online via TryBooking (www.trybooking.com). No cash sales or offline purchases will be accepted.
4. Eligibility
o Entrants must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket.
o Committee members directly involved in the administration of the raffle are ineligible to purchase tickets.
5. Prizes
o First Prize: Heli Skiing package for two (2-for-1 offer) valued at AUD $15,640, generously provided by Last Frontier Heli Skiing. a) Redeemable until 30 April 2027, b) Winner must purchase a minimum of one (1) heli skiing tour package to redeem the 2 for 1 offer, c) Transferable to other heli skiing tour packages at other locations or other lengths of stay, offered by Last Frontier Heli Skiing, d) minimum age 14 years unless ski or snowboard ability pre-approved by the provider.
o Second Prize: Mogul Ski World Gift Certificate valued at AUD $1,000. a) valid for new bookings only, made before 31 July 2026, b) AUD $1000 credit towards their next International Snow Holiday, c) This is to be used in conjunction with an International Ski Package which includes accommodation and lifts and cannot be used just towards airfares or lift passes, d) Redeemable for packages in USA, Canada, Japan or Europe.
o Third Prize: Premium Head Downforce JR Race Helmet (valued at $329), size M & Pit Viper Pro Performance Goggle (valued at $219). Total value for this prize $548.
6. Draw Process
o The draw will be conducted in person at the stated time and location.
o Winners will be selected at random from all valid tickets sold.
o The first ticket drawn will win First Prize; the second ticket drawn will win Second Prize; the third ticket drawn will win Third Prize.
7. Notification of Winners
o Winners present at the draw will be announced on the night.
o If winners are not in attendance, they will be notified via the contact details provided during ticket purchase within three (3) business days.
o The names of prize winners will be published on the Falls Creek Race Club website and/or social media channels.
8. Prize Redemption
o Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
o Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
o The Promoter takes no responsibility for any arrangements or additional costs associated with redeeming the prizes.
9. Unclaimed Prizes
o If a prize remains unclaimed for more than 3 months after the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw or otherwise dispose of the prize subject to any applicable legislation.
10. Liability
o The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Privacy
o Personal information provided by ticket purchasers will only be used for the purpose of conducting this raffle and in accordance with relevant privacy legislation.
12. Permit
o This raffle does not require a permit as it is below the value of $21,900 in line with the VGCCC requirement.
