By purchasing a ticket you:
- Confirm that all riders will comply with and abide by the standard requirements as detailed in the AusCycling ‘Membership Terms & Conditions” policy
- Acknowledge that only AusCycling (or international equivalent) licensed riders are accessing / riding the track
- Confirm that an appropriately qualified AusCycling accredited person will be dropping the 8m gate (as applicable)
- Confirm that you have an appropriately trained & qualified First Aider present during the track hire
- Confirm that you have a person with valid CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) qualifications present during the track hire
- Confirm that any coaches conducting Coaching Clinics or Workshops, where there are participants are under the age of 18 yrs, have a valid WWCC (Working With Children Check).
- Agree to report any damage to the track or facility during the hire period to Macarthur BMX.
- Acknowledge that you will not be refunded any costs if you cancel a scheduled track hire session within 24hrs of its scheduled start time (Note: In the case of extraordinary circumstances - the decision to refund will be at the discretion of Macarthur BMX)
- Agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
