Please note that all tickets are non-refundable. A valid ticket must be presented for each patron to gain entry. Video recording and photography are strictly prohibited during the event. While alcohol may be purchased at the cinema complex, no alcohol is permitted inside the cinema during the Arts Alive Film Festival. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
