Ticket Terms & Conditions for The Drowsy Chaperone
**1. Ticket Purchase & Entry**
1.1 All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted except as required by law.
1.2 A valid ticket must be presented for entry to the venue. Digital or printed copies are acceptable.
1.3 Western Arts Theatre reserves the right to refuse entry to any person without a valid ticket.
**2. Seating, Accessibility & Patron Respect**
2.1 Seating is allocated at the time of booking. Changes to seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed.
2.2 Patrons requiring accessible seating or disability access should contact Western Arts Theatre before purchasing tickets to ensure suitable arrangements are available.
2.3 Western Arts Theatre is committed to ensuring a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all patrons. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour towards other audience members, staff, or performers will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue without refund.
2.4 Latecomers may be required to wait for a suitable break in the performance before being admitted.
**3. Cancellations & Changes**
3.1 In the event of a performance cancellation by Western Arts Theatre, ticket holders will be offered a refund or an alternative performance date (subject to availability).
3.2 Performance dates, times, and cast are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued due to cast substitutions or minor changes to the event.
**4. Behaviour & Venue Rules**
4.1 All patrons must comply with venue rules and instructions from event staff.
4.2 Disruptive, intoxicated, or inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful conduct, may result in removal from the venue without refund.
4.3 The use of mobile phones, cameras, and recording devices during the performance is strictly prohibited.
**5. Liability & Responsibility**
5.1 Patrons attend *The Addams Family* at their own risk. Western Arts Theatre is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
5.2 If a ticket is lost, stolen, or damaged, Western Arts Theatre may, at its discretion, reissue a ticket upon proof of purchase.
**6. COVID-19 & Health Policies**
6.1 Patrons must adhere to any health and safety requirements in place at the time of the performance.
6.2 If you are unwell or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please contact Western Arts Theatre before attending. Ticket exchange policies may apply at the discretion of the company.
**7. Privacy & Data Use**
7.1 Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be used in accordance with Western Arts Theatre’s privacy policy.
7.2 By purchasing a ticket, patrons consent to receiving event-related communications from Western Arts Theatre.
**8. Disability Access & Assistance**
8.1 Western Arts Theatre is committed to ensuring all patrons have an enjoyable theatre experience, including those with disabilities.
8.2 If you require wheelchair-accessible seating, hearing assistance, or other accommodations, please contact Western Arts Theatre in advance to ensure suitable arrangements.
8.3 Service animals are welcome in accordance with venue policies. Please notify the theatre in advance if you are bringing a service animal.
**9. Theatre Location and Parking**
The theatre is located at Maribyrnong College. Enter the College Via Gordon St and park in the car park directly in front of you as you enter. The theatre is on the left hand side of the drive way you enter the college. There will be visible signage leading you to the theatre foyer. Please follow the signs.
