Tickets:
By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser. All attendees must purchase tickets in advance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 4 days of the event. Refunds requested outside this period will be processed accordingly.

Attendance:
Attendees must present their ticket at the event. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.

Dietary Requirements:
Attendees are encouraged to notify the organiser of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of ticket purchase or as early as possible, to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.

Donations:
Donations made during the event are voluntary and appreciated. All funds raised will support the Community Grants Program.

Behaviour:
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

Photography and Media:
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and reporting purposes. Attendees agree to be photographed unless they notify the organiser otherwise.

Liability:
The organiser is not responsible for any loss, theft, or injury that occurs during the event.

Changes to Event:
The organiser reserves the right to modify event details, including time and location, without prior notice.

Privacy:
Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used solely for event administration and in accordance with privacy laws.
