Event Rules
• Keep things friendly! – Respect each other and everyone at the event! We’re there to have a fun night!
• Media Rules
o @Animaga Stage - Photos/Video OK - tag the artists performing and tag us at Animaga as well!
o @Merchandise Area – Photos & Video are not permitted in areas where Cheki/Polaroids are taken or Merchandise sales
o No tripods in the audience area in front of stage or other fixed cameras – cameras and tripods MUST be set up in the rear of the audience area.
• Privacy – Respect the privacy of staff, attendees, performers
• No physical contact with any performers – including during meet n greet sessions, unless performer has asked you to.
• Safely enjoy the show:
o The following are strictly prohibited:
 Moshing
 Lifting
 Stagediving
 “Throwing hands”
o Wotagei/Utagei
 Find a clear area away from the audience – please do not do Wotagei in the front of the stage areas
 Encourage others to join in!
 Dispose of UOs in bins – do not leave them lying around
• No loitering around venue after venue has concluded.
• MCEC, Animaga, 4QNQ reserves the right to remove you from the premises for any non-compliance with the above with no refunds offered for Tickets nor Merchandise purchased.
