Refund & Cancellation Policy – Functions & Events

1. Private & Club Functions
• For function cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the date & proposed start time of the function, a full refund will be provided less any transaction fees incurred and excluding any non-refundable deposit(s) paid.
• Final guest numbers for all functions are required to be communicated to the venue at least 72 hours prior to the date and proposed start time of the function.
• Cancellations or any reduction in the number of guests within 72 hours of the date/time of the function are non-refundable, due to catering, staffing, preparation costs and overheads incurred by the venue.
• Venue management reserves the right to consider a full or partial refund outside the policy above in exceptional circumstances, provided the function payment has previously been settled in full. Any such request must be submitted in writing and approved by management.

2. Club Ticketed Events
• A ticketholder/guest who is unable to attend an event will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price (excluding processing or ticketing fees) provided the refund request is received prior to 72 hours from the event’s advertised start time.
• No refunds for tickets will be provided where guests do not attend the event (i.e. no-show) or request a refund within 72 hours of the event’s advertised start time.
• Ticket transfers will only be accepted where you are unable to attend an event and the transfer request is received before the non-refundable period (i.e. prior to 72 hours from the event). Ticket transfers requested within 72 hours from the advertised start time of the event are not permitted.
• Venue management reserves the right to allow a full or partial ticket transfer outside the policy above under certain circumstances. Any such request must be submitted in writing and approved by management.

Event Cancellations by the Venue
Where the Freccia Azzurra Club cancels a function or event for whatever reason, guests will be offered a full refund (including any function deposit paid) or the option to transfer their tickets or function booking to a rescheduled date.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
