Terms and Conditions  −  2025 Deniliquin Truck Show and Modified Tractor Pull.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Entry is at your own risk. The right to refuse entry is reserved.
All persons, bags and containers are subject to a full search at entry. Prohibited items (alcohol, glass, umbrellas, shade tents, fireworks) will be confiscated except illegal drugs, which will be handed over to police.
Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult-ticket holder at all times.
This is a non BYO event, no food/alcohol will be permitted into the Event. To see the full list of items permitted/not permitted see our Terms & Conditions on our website and Facebook page. Bags will be checked on arrival.
As attendees of the Event, you consent to being included in photos, sound and live audio recordings that can be used by the Deniliquin Truck Show and Industry Expo Inc., the Rotary Club of Deniliquin and Deni Play On The Plains Festival Ltd.
The Deniliquin Truck Show and Industry Expo Inc., the Rotary Club of Deniliquin and Deni Play On The Plains Festival Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or within the premises.
Tickets for the Deniliquin Truck Show and Industry Expo will be redeemed at the gate for a wristband in order to gain entry.
ID and Proof of Age must be provided if requested.
Wristbands must be worn for the duration of the Event, failure to do so may result in your eviction. Any wristbands that are removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Damaged or defaced wristbands will not be accepted.
NO PASS OUTS WILL BE PROVIDED
Patrons will be evicted from the Event if they are affected by alcohol or drugs or dangerous activities.
Anyone found supplying alcohol to minors will be evicted from the venue and may face criminal charges.
CCTV Cameras are operational over the Event site.
The contents of any unsealed bottles will not be permitted into the Event site.
You are responsible for your own property. There is no storage available at the Event site.
We have a Zero Tolerance approach for any antisocial, aggressive, dangerous or intimidating behaviour, underage drinking, supply of alcohol to minors, consumption and possession of any illicit substances. Any of these activities will result in immediate eviction from the venue.
Conditions of Entry are part of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon with purchase of ticket.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by the above Conditions of Entry and to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

CAMPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Camp Site Access:
Camp Site access time, from 7am to noon, Saturday, October 25, 2025 .
Camp Site departure time, patrons must vacate the Camping Site by 11.00a.m. on Sunday, October 26, 2025.

A pre purchased camping ticket needs to be purchased to enter the camping area.1 ticket per vehicle entering -includes vehicle with either tent, campervan or caravan etc. Camp sites are unpowered.
Camping Site Allocated:
Camping sites will be allocated by Deniliquin Truck Show committee.
If you want to camp with friends, arrive together.
Alcohol: The Camp Site is an Alcohol-Free Zone.
Your person, possessions and or vehicle may be searched.
Any alcohol found will be confiscated and not returned, you may also be evicted from the Camp Site and Festival Site.
Generators: Please be mindful of your neighbours when in use.
Noise: No excessive noise in the campsite after midnight.
Glass: Glass is not permitted onto the Deniliquin Festival Site.
Campfires: No campfires.
Accessible Camp Site: Disabled accessible camping sites are available within the Camp Site. On arrival to the Camp Site you will be directed to this area close to amenities upon proof of Mobility Parking Scheme Permit.
Under 18 Camping: Children Under 18 years are not permitted to camp at the Camp Site unless they are camping with a parent or guardian. ID and proof of age must be provided if requested.
Vehicle Movement: NSW Road Laws apply on the Festival Site.
Vehicles once parked in the Camp Site cannot be moved until departure on Sunday, October 26, 2025.
Vehicles are not permitted to be driven around the Camp Site for any reason.
