Please note that refunds will not be considered within 28 days of the event date. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and received no later than 28 days prior to the event.

Refunds may be subject to an administrative fee to cover processing costs. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organisers, ticket holders will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the new date.
