Sydney Comedy Club – Ticket Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket through TryBooking for an event hosted by Sydney Comedy Club at Kent St Hotel, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before attending the show.

1. General Disclaimer
The advertised lineup of comedians is subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to deliver the scheduled performers, unforeseen circumstances may require substitutions.
No refunds or discounts will be offered due to changes in the performance lineup.
2. Seating
All seating is first-come, first-served. There is no allocated seating.
We recommend arriving early to secure preferred seating, particularly for group bookings.
3. Show Times & Dinner and Show Tickets
Venue doors will open approximately 10 minutes prior to the advertised show time.
Late entry may be permitted at the discretion of management during an appropriate break in the performance. However, entry is not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of allocated or preferred seating.
Guests holding Dinner and Show Tickets are required to dine prior to the performance at the designated dining area located upstairs at The Kent Street Hotel. Please ensure you arrive with sufficient time to enjoy your meal before the commencement of the show.
4. Cancellations/Refunds and Transfers
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund. No refunds for late show/no show.
Cancellations are not eligible for a refund, but we may be able to transfer your booking to another available show date, subject to availability.
All changes must be requested via the TryBooking platform or by contacting Sydney Comedy Club directly.
5. Age Restrictions and Venue Entry
All shows are strictly 18+. No minors will be admitted under any circumstances.
Kent St Hotel is a licensed venue, and valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s licence, passport) may be required upon entry.
Venue staff and event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any patron behaving inappropriately or intoxicated, without refund.
6. Photography and Recording
Photography, video, and audio recording during performances is not permitted, unless authorised by venue management or the performer.
7. Force Majeure
Sydney Comedy Club will not be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, venue issues, or government restrictions.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
