Ticket Sales and Refund Policy

We want you to book in good faith, knowing that if things shift, we’ll work with you.
If you can’t make it and would like to request a refund, please get in touch as early as possible — especially for sold-out shows, so we have the opportunity to resell your ticket. Transfers to a friend or to another event are also available where possible. TryBooking fees are non-refundable.

For events that include food or special preparations, we kindly ask for **at least 24 hours’ notice** if you need to cancel or transfer your ticket, to help us manage catering and planning.

In the rare case of an event being cancelled or rescheduled, we’ll offer a refund (minus any TryBooking fees) or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date or another event.

Multi-Band Line-up Changes: For events featuring multiple bands, occasional changes to the advertised line-up may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If the event changes in a way that significantly alters its advertised character, ticket holders may request a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or does not meet the entry conditions (e.g. age restrictions). Our aim is to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms, including any specific event requirements. Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional use — please let us know in advance if you'd prefer not to be included.
