TICKET AND TIMING
Your ticket admits one person on the date and entry window selected. Arrive any time within the hour shown below.
10:00–11:00
12:00–13:00
14:00–15:00
16:00–17:00

Two hours is the recommended stroll, but you may remain until paddocks close at 18:00.Tickets are transferable; forward the QR code to someone else if you cannot attend.

ARRIVAL, PARKING AND CHECK-IN
Park at Shiraz Republic cellar door car park on arrival.Follow onsite signage or staff directions for ticket checks and any same-day ticket sales.

WEATHER
The walk proceeds in all weather. Bring suitable footwear and clothing.If lightning, extreme heat or high winds make conditions unsafe, we will cancel and contact you.

SAFETY AND ACCESSIBILITY
Tracks are graded but rustic; expect bumps, ruts and farm conditions.Prams and wheelchairs can access the main loop; some spurs are rougher.Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.Dogs are welcome on leash.Entry implies acceptance of normal outdoor farm risks and agreement to follow staff directions.

FOOD AND FACILITIES
Wood-fired pizzas are available 11:00–17:00.Coffee and snacks are available from 10:00.Toilets are located at the Cellar Door, a short walk from the paddock.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
We may film or photograph for promotional use. Tell staff at check-in if you prefer not to be recorded.

REFUND, RESCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION
No refunds for change of mind, lateness or wet weather.Date changes are free up to 24 hours before your session. Use the Change Date link in your confirmation email.
If we cancel because conditions are unsafe or the service cannot be provided, you may choose a new date, full credit valid for 12 months, or a full refund.
These terms operate alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
