Registration & Entry
• This is a free public event, however registration is required for entry.
• Doors open at 5:30pm and close at 7:15pm. Entry may not be permitted after capacity is reached.


Combo Meals
• Meals Ticket are non-refundable if an attendee does not attend the event.
• Meal Caters for Gluten free Vegan and Halal.
• Outdoor food will not be allowed in the premises
• Kwabo Events encourages you to arrive by 6:45pm otherwise meals may be served after the performance at 9pm.

Event Participation
• The evening includes participatory activities inviting audience contributions. Engagement is voluntary and at your own comfort level.
• The organisers reserve the right to amend the program at any time.


Children & Minors
• Children and young people under 18 are welcome but must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• The event may contain loud music, dim lighting, and participatory elements which may not be suitable for very young children.


Photography, Filming & Media
• The event will be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. By attending, you consent to your image, likeness, or voice being used in promotional, archival, or community storytelling purposes.


Health, Safety & Conduct
• Attendees must follow instructions from event staff and volunteers.
• Kwabo is committed to creating a safe, culturally respectful, and inclusive space. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
• COVID-19 & Health: If you are feeling unwell, have flu-like symptoms, or have recently tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you do not attend the event in order to protect the wellbeing of others.
• The organisers may refuse or revoke entry to individuals who do not comply with these conditions.


Liability
• Attendance is at your own risk. The organisers accept no responsibility for personal loss, damage, or injury.
