By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the event via email from the Event Organiser.
By participating in this Shopping Trail experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Personal Responsibility:
Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings, purchases, and physical well-being throughout the tour.
Liability Waiver:
The tour organiser, guides, and affiliated parties are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or accident that may occur during or as a result of the tour, including while travelling to and from venues.
Retail Relationships:
The tour includes visits to third-party retail stores. The organiser is not responsible for the availability, quality, pricing, return policies, or warranties of any items purchased during the experience.
Medical & Accessibility Needs:
It is the participant’s responsibility to notify the organiser in advance of any medical conditions, accessibility needs, or limitations that may affect their ability to participate.
Food & Beverage Disclaimer:
Any dietary concerns, allergies, or food-related incidents are the sole responsibility of the venues where each guest will choose to dine on the day. The Southern Highlands Shopping Trail accepts no liability for food-related issues.
Transportation:
Return transfers included are provided by a third-party operator. The organiser is not responsible for any delays, incidents, or disruptions during transport. The organiser will make all efforts to offer up to dates correspondence during any incidents that arise.
Photo/Video Consent:
Photos and videos may be taken throughout the tour for promotional use. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in marketing materials, unless you notify the organiser in writing prior to the event.
Health & Safety:
Participants agree not to attend the tour if unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness. The organiser reserves the right to take necessary precautions in line with health and safety guidelines.
Cancellations & Changes:
Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the tour date. Should you wish to cancel, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another available tour date or to another participant for the same tour date. Please notify the organiser in advance of any changes. No refunds will be issued.
The organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, store closures, or other events beyond their control. In such cases, all reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants in advance and to reschedule or rebook the tour to the best of the organiser’s ability. Any rebook vouchers should be used within a 3 month period of the booking date.
By joining the tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms above.
