By paying your Registration or deposit you agree to receive information about The Gathering by email from the Organiser.

-The closing date for Registrations is March 31st 2026

Cancellations:
• Notice of cancellation up to and including November 30th – all funds will be reimbursed
• Notice of cancellation December 1st - April 30th – 50% funds to be reimbursed
• Notice of cancellation May 1st – June 30th – 20% funds to be reimbursed
• Notice of cancellation July 1 onwards – nil funds reimbursed

-The closing date for balance of payments is March 31st 2026
