Terms & Conditions – Create & Paint: The Stables

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Inclusions
Each ticket admits one participant and includes all painting materials, step-by-step instruction, light refreshments, and associated fees and charges.

Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the event organiser.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 3–7 days prior may receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation by the organiser (e.g., due to illness, low numbers, or weather), a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

3. Participation & Safety
This is a public event suitable for adults and older teens (16+ recommended unless otherwise stated).

Participants are expected to follow the facilitator's instructions and conduct themselves respectfully toward others.

Paint and art materials will be provided. Please wear appropriate clothing, as McLaren Vale Health Arts is not liable for any damage or staining to personal garments or belongings.

4. Photography & Media
Photos or video may be taken during the session for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the staff on arrival.

5. Accessibility
The venue is wheelchair accessible. Please get in touch with us in advance if you have any specific needs that we can accommodate.

6. Liability
McLaren Vale Health Arts and associated personnel are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising during the event, except where required by law.
