Ticket Sales and Refund Policy – Sun Street Studios
1. Ticket Refunds
We invite you to book in good faith — knowing that your ticket helps make the event possible, supporting the venue and the artists involved.
If your plans change and you require a refund (less TryBooking fees), just let us know as early as you can — especially for sold-out shows, where we may be able to resell your ticket. Transfers to a friend or to another event are usually available and always appreciated.
For events that include catering or special preparations, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or transfer, to help us manage planning.

2. Multi-Band Line-up Changes
For events featuring multiple bands, the advertised line-up may occasionally change due to unforeseen circumstances. If a band is unable to perform, a suitable substitute may be arranged.
Where substitutions occur, we aim to ensure the overall experience and nature of the event remain substantially the same. If the change significantly alters the advertised character of the event, you are welcome to request a refund.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
In the rare case of an event being cancelled or rescheduled — including due to serious weather events or other unforeseen circumstances — we will offer a refund (minus TryBooking fees), or the option to transfer your ticket to a new date or another Sun Street event.
If we have several days’ notice, we’ll contact you by email. For last-minute changes or cancellations, we’ll do our best to reach you via text message using the number you provided when booking.
4. Conditions of Entry
We want everyone to have a safe, respectful, and enjoyable time. Entry may be refused to anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or doesn’t meet the specific requirements of the event, such as age limits.
If this happens due to a misunderstanding at the time of booking, a refund may be offered (less TryBooking fees).
5. Photography & Recording
Please be aware that events may be photographed or recorded for promotional use.
While the focus is usually on the stage, audience shots may occur in a general way. No kiss cams — we promise.
If you have any concerns, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
