Terms and Conditions  −  ADAConf 2025 - Workshops

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and use of tickets for the Analysis, Design, & Architecture Conference (hereinafter referred to as “ADAConf 2025”), organised by SPCS Productions Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “SPCS”). By purchasing a ticket to ADAConf 2025, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase Process:
All personal information provided during the ticket purchase process will be handled in accordance with the published privacy policy https://adaconf.org/privacy/
2. Consent to Contact:
By purchasing a ticket to ADAConf 2025, attendees consent to be added to the ADAConf mailing list and be contacted by SPCS.
3. Attendee Conduct:
Attendees are expected adhere to the published code of conduct at all times during ADAConf 2025. Refer https://adaconf.org/code-of-conduct/
4. Ticket Transfers and Refunds:
Tickets are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise specified by SPCS. Ticket transfers are permitted.
5. Conference Program and Schedule:
The Conference program, schedule, speakers, and venues are subject to change at the discretion of SPCS. Announcements regarding any changes will be communicated to ticket holders via email or through the Conference website. SPCS shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damage incurred by attendees as a result of changes to the program or schedule for ADAConf 2025
6. Photography and Recording:
By attending ADAConf 2025, attendees consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes by SPCS. Attendees may appear in photographs, videos, or recordings captured during ADAConf 2025, which may be used for marketing, publicity, or other purposes without further consent or compensation.
7. Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, the liability of SPCS, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or any negligence shall be limited, at their sole discretion, to the refund of the purchased ticket.
8. Indemnification:
Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless SPCS, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to their attendance at ADAConf 2025, including but not limited to any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Amendments:
SPCS reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments or modifications shall be effective immediately upon notification to ticket holders.


TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
