Sorelle Dance Studios – Holiday Workshop Terms & Conditions

Drop-and-Go Format
These workshops are run as drop-and-go events. Children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian and will remain under the supervision of Sorelle Dance Studios staff for the duration of the workshop.
Age Range
Workshop is designed for children aged 5–11 years.
What to Bring
All children must bring a packed lunch, snacks, a refillable water bottle, a hat, and wear comfortable clothes suitable for dancing and craft. Please no nuts or nut products.
Pony Ride (Farmyard Fiesta only)
Pony rides are included as part of the day's activities and are supervised by qualified animal handlers. If you do not wish your child to participate, please notify us via email.
Glitter tattoos: If your child has sensitive skin or you would prefer them to skip this activity, please let us know upon booking.
Medical & Emergency Information
Parents/guardians must provide any relevant medical information during registration, including allergies, medications, or additional support needs. All information is kept confidential.
Behaviour Expectations
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Sorelle Dance Studios reserves the right to contact parents to collect children if behaviour becomes unsafe or disruptive.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 5+ days before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 5 days of the event are non-refundable unless in the case of illness, in which a credit may be issued upon presentation of a medical certificate.
No refunds for no-shows.
Photography Consent
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional use by Sorelle Dance Studios. If you do not consent, please let us know via email prior to the event.
Safety & Supervision
All staff hold valid Blue Cards and First Aid certificates. Our workshops are fully supervised, with a high staff-to-child ratio.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
