By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

Tickets are non-refundable; however, you can substitute a name at any time at no additional cost.
A booking fee will be charged per transaction, in addition to the ticket price.
Tickets will only be confirmed and provided once payment has been received in full.
This is a strictly over 18 years of age event and ID’s will be checked.
The Grand practices a strict Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
The Grand reserves the right to refuse service if required.
Management has the right to refuse entry to event.
No anti-social behaviour will be tolerated.
Dietary requirements must be provided at the time of booking or notified to The Grand no later than 10 days prior (by Thursday 25th of September 2025). Special dietary requirements can only be catered for if advised in advance.
No external food or beverages are permitted.
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside.
Photographs and videos will be taken throughout the event and will be posted online for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have your photo or video published online, please inform The Grand.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
