Introduction
a. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of tickets for the event aforementioned on your ticket and booking documents.
b. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder ("You") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Tickets
a. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
b. Tickets are only valid for the date and time specified on the ticket.
c. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
d. We reserve the right to refuse entry or evict any person who violates these terms and conditions or engages in disorderly, offensive, or illegal conduct.

Event Entry and Conduct
a. You must comply with all venue rules, regulations, and any directions given by Event staff or security personnel.
b. You may be required to show valid photo identification upon entry.
c. You consent to being searched for prohibited items, which include but are not limited to alcohol, drugs, weapons, and recording devices.
d. Any prohibited items will be confiscated and may result in refusal of entry or eviction from the Event without refund.
e. The Event is a licensed venue, and you must comply with all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations.

Cancellation, Postponement, and Changes
a. The Event organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change the Event's date, time, lineup, or venue for any reason.
b. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or significant change, refunds or exchanges may be available at the discretion of the Event organizer and in accordance with relevant consumer laws.

Limitation of Liability
a. To the extent permitted by law, the Event organizer, venue, and their respective agents, employees, and contractors will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by you as a result of attending the Event.
b. You attend the Event at your own risk and assume all risks associated with attending the Event, including personal injury or property damage.

Filming, Photography, and Recordings
a. By attending the Event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, or security purposes.
b. You may not record, photograph, or transmit any part of the Event without the express written consent of the Event organizer.

Privacy
a. Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
b. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Applicable Law
a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
