Attendees acknowledge that photos taken at the event may be used by the Organiser for promotion purposes on social media and other promotional channels. This includes photos taken of minors under the age of eighteen.

Cancellation policy: Attendees cancelling their attendance 24 hours prior to the even in writing will receive a full reimbursement of their ticket fees (but without any fees charged by trybooking). No refunds for cancellation within 24 hours of the event.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for their children at all times.

Attendees attend this event at their own risk. The Organiser excludes any liability to the greatest legal degree possible.
