Please read the below information before arriving on the night.

What time does the event start?:
Doors open at 3.00pm & activities start from 4:00pm onwards

What is included in the ticket?:
Family Pass 1 (Good for 4): Two adults and two children only. Ticket includes entertainment (fireworks, live music, foam party & face painting), two adult drinks on arrival and two kids party bag on arrival.

Family Pass 2 (Good for 5): Two adults and three children only. Ticket includes entertainment (fireworks, live music, foam party & face painting), two adult drinks on arrival and three kids party bags on arrival.
Adult ticket: Ticket includes entertainment (fireworks, live music, kids disco) and a drink on arrival.

Kids ticket: Ticket includes entertainment (fireworks, live music, foam party & face painting) and a party bag on arrival.

Under 2's: General Admission

Do you allow BYO?
No. We have a fully licensed bar available throughout the night.

Are children permitted at the event?
Yes, children are welcome to attend as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Will tickets be available at the door?
Only if there are any available. We expect this event to sell out so we strongly suggest purchasing your ticket prior to the event to avoid missing out.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No you don't. You can present your tickets on your phone when you arrive.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We have free carparking at our venue. The Bulimba Ferry terminal is a short 8 minute walk to our venue or catch the 230 bus to Brisbane Street and walk 4 minutes.

Is your venue wheelchair friendly?
Yes. It is all one level, we have a disabled carpark and toilet and the room is easily accessible.

Are refunds available?
Generally not, however we often have a waitlist for these events so in some cases, we can refund tickets.
