Sip & Bloom 2025 – Ticket Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to Sip & Bloom, you're agreeing to the following:
One ticket per car
Your $10 ticket covers entry for your whole vehicle — no need for individual tickets. Just show your ticket (printed or on your phone) when you arrive.
No refunds (sorry!)
All tickets are non-refundable, unless required by law. The event runs rain or shine, so pack an umbrella just in case.
Can’t make it? No worries
You’re welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend or family member if you can’t attend. No need to change names.
Parking and arrival
Follow signs and staff directions when you arrive — we’ll guide you into a safe parking spot and make sure you’re all set for the day.
Be kind and respectful
Sip & Bloom is a relaxed, family-friendly event. We ask everyone to treat others with respect and follow any directions from our team.
Photos and filming
We’ll have photographers and videographers capturing the event. By attending, you’re okay with us using images or footage for future promotion.
Health and safety
We’ll follow any public health advice in place at the time. If anything changes, we’ll let you know what to expect.
Event updates
The event program may change — we’ll do our best to keep everything as advertised, but sometimes things shift.
Looking after each other
While we do everything we can to make the day safe and smooth, please look after yourself and your belongings.
Giving back
Half of every gate fee goes straight to the CFA to support our amazing local emergency services and volunteers.
