To assist in the management of this workshop a cancellation process is essential.

Cancellations to 2 January 2026 – refund 80% of fees paid;
Cancellations from 3 January 2026 – refund 50% of fees paid.

​GrampianArts reserves the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum class enrolment is not reached by 1/2/2026. If a workshop is cancelled, participants will be offered places in other workshop or a full refund if preferred.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
