Customers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times as a condition of attendance. CPF, the Event Convenor, and its staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any person engaging in rudeness, disrespect, offensive language or behaviour, or failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable rules or regulations.
Every person attending CPF events is responsible for their own safety, and is required not to put the safety of others in jeopardy. Tickets may be invalidated in cases of serious safety breaches.
TICKET SALES

Once confirmed, your ticket and any transaction fees will not be refunded or exchanged, except as provided by law, and in accordance with these terms & conditions.
CPF may impose a maximum ticket limit to all types of Event bookings. CPF may refuse to accept orders or cancel any orders in excess of any such limits.
Tickets must not be resold by any third-party vendor whatsoever, without prior written permission from CPF. Tickets may be cancelled, or orders may be refused where CPF believes a breach of these terms & conditions exists, and the bearer of the ticket shall be refused admission to the ticketed event.
Refunds are available at 80% of ticket price (excluding Trybooking fees & charges) up to 4 weeks from opening day.
Concession priced tickets are at the discretion of CPF, and proof of eligibility of concession may be requested by box office staff, or Trybooking.
Where concession tickets are purchased, you must provide the applicable, suitable and valid documentation at the time of booking. Failure to provide valid documentation will result in an upgrade fee on that ticket. Full or partial refunds are not available if you become eligible for a concession after you have booked.
Tickets for Customers with mobility difficulties and Companion Card holders are only available for purchase by contacting CPF via email (convenor@collectorsplantfair.com). Customers admitted via a Companion Card ticket shall be wholly responsible for the needs of the accompanying patron.
Tickets shall be available for purchase online prior to the event, and at the entry gates on event days, at all Collectors Plant Fair events. However, the box office hours may not coincide with gate opening hours. Customers are strongly advised to pre-purchase tickets online if early entry to the event is desired.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
A transaction fee may apply to your ticket purchase. You will be notified of all applicable fees prior to purchase.
Refunds or partial refunds will not be given as a result of a special offer or the non-use of applicable discounts prior to completing the ticket purchase. Discounts or promotions cannot be retroactively applied to completed purchases.
CPF has the right to vary ticket prices, venue, advertised programs or audience capacities without notice.
If the amount you pay for your ticket is incorrect (regardless of whether the error arose due to an advertising error online or otherwise communicated to you, human error or a technical malfunction), CPF may cancel the ticket and refund to you the amount paid, and offer you replacement tickets at the correct price.
Purchasers shall possess the authority to make payment for ticket purchases, and own/hold or have express permission of the owner/holder of the credit card or other payment facility used to purchase tickets.
