Fees and Payments
Fee Structure:
The Qur’an Academy Weekend Islamic School charges a fixed fee per term or academic semester. The exact amount, payment schedule, and any applicable discounts will be communicated to parents at the time of enrolment.
Payment Deadlines:
Fees must be paid in full by the due date stated in the invoice or notice sent to parents. Late payments may incur an additional administration fee unless a prior arrangement has been made.
Non-Refundable Policy:
Once paid, fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in the event of:
Cancellation of the program or class by the school,
Withdrawal due to documented medical or compassionate grounds, subject to approval by school administration.
Sponsorships and Fee Waivers:
The school is committed to ensuring access to Islamic education for all children regardless of financial circumstances.
Full or partial fee waivers may be granted to families experiencing financial hardship, subject to application and approval.
Sponsorships may be available through donors or community partners. If you are in need of assistance, or if you would like to sponsor a student, please contact the administration in confidence.
All applications for waivers or sponsorships will be treated with discretion and compassion.
Confidential Financial Assistance:
Parents or guardians facing temporary or ongoing financial challenges are encouraged to contact the school administration as early as possible. The school will work with families on a case-by-case basis to find suitable solutions, including:

Partial fee discounts
Method of Payment:
Payments can be made via TryBooking system (additional fees may apply) or in-person (cash or card). Account details and receipts will be provided upon request.
Receipts and Invoices:
Receipts will be issued for all payments. Please retain these for your records. If you require a copy of an invoice or summary for tax or subsidy purposes, contact the administration.
Accountability:
All funds collected go toward the operation of the Quran Academy, including resources, materials, facilities, and running costs. A summary of financial usage may be made available upon request in line with our commitment to transparency.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
