Refunds: If you need to cancel or withdraw from this conference, please contact the event organiser. Any cancellations made after 13 October 2025 will not be refunded. All refunds will be subject to the rate of conversion on the date of refund. Please note that the decision to switch from in-person to online attendance can only be made in agreement with the event organiser. The decision surrounding refunds in these circumstances will be subject the discretion of the event organiser.
