The Homestead is a private residence and is not open to the public.
Please respect all plants, animals buildings and other property and leave things as you find them.
Please observe all signage and use designated paths, entry and exit.
Please stay off garden beds and do not pick or consume any plants or produce.
The event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any persons and to request that any person leave the premises. This includes any individuals who are displaying anti-social, disrespectful, drunken or aggressive behaviour.
All persons 16 & under must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
The following items must not be brought onto the property: bottles, alcohol, illegal substances, explosive, and any items that may be used as a weapon.
No filming or photography for commercial or marketing purposes should be carried out on the property without prior written consent from the event organisers.
It is a condition of entry that you agree that the event organisers, any employee, director or agent and Bolobek Property shall not be held liable for for any loss, damages sustained while entering, leaving or while within the grounds to the extent permited by low
