St John’s Raffle – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this raffle is St John’s Primary School PIC, ABN 66 020 303 996, located at 55 Cape Street, Heidelberg Victoria 3084 .
2. Raffle Period
Ticket sales commence on Monday 4 August 2025 and close at 5.00pm AEDT on Friday 10 October 2025.
The raffle will be drawn at 9:00pm AEDT on Saturday 11 October 2025.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to all residents of Victoria.
4. Tickets
• $20 – 1 entry
• $50 – 3 entries
• $100 – 8 entries (includes 2 bonus tickets)
There is no limit to the number of tickets a person may purchase. Ticket sales are non-refundable.
6. How to Enter
Tickets may be purchased online via https://www.trybooking.com/DEDUY. A confirmation of entry will be provided via email.
7. Prizes
• 1st Prize: $1,500 gift voucher
• 2nd Prize: $150 gift voucher
• 3rd Prize: $50 gift voucher
Winners can choose their preferred retailer for the gift voucher. All prizes are store-specific and not redeemable for cash, in accordance with Victorian raffle regulations.
8. Prize Draw
The draw will take place at Parents Event on 11 October 2025 at 9:00pm. Winners will be selected at random using an electronic method in line with regulatory requirements.
9. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via phone on Monday 13 October at 9:00am.
10. Unclaimed Prizes
If a prize is unclaimed after 3 months, a redraw will be conducted, and the new winner will be notified accordingly.
11. Privacy
All personal information collected will be used strictly for the purpose of conducting the raffle.
12. Disputes
The decision of the promoter in relation to any aspect of the raffle is final and binding.
