By applying for a ticket to the hey dee ho intergenerational session, I acknowledge and consent to the be bound by the requirements of the aged care facility where they are being held which will include but are not limited to:
1. Everyone must sign in on arrival
2. All adults must be prepared to have their temperature taken on arrival

At this stage masks are optional though this can change from day to day. If required on the day you will be provided with one.

Children will not have to wear a mask but must be well on the day.

Please arrive approx 10 minutes prior to the event start time, so that you can allow for COVID protocols, otherwise you may miss out on the start of the session.

***Please note - if you cannot attend the event, please CANCEL YOUR FREE TICKET, so that those on the waiting list are able to attend.***
