1. When booking a table of 10, one ticket will be issued in the name of the person making the booking. This ticket covers entry for all 10 guests on the table.
2. The dress code for this event is Cocktail Attire. Please come dressed in your race day best!
3. The 2025 Melbourne Cup races will be shown live on big screens throughout the event.
4. All table allocations will be assigned by the club, to best meet venue capacity. While seating requests will be considered, specific table placements cannot be guaranteed. If you are purchasing individual tickets, and wish to be seated with other guests, please include the full names of those guests during the booking process. We will do our best to accommodate requests where possible.
5. Cancellations within 3 weeks of the event, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
6. Tickets purchased under membership pricing, must be made by current St George Sailing Club Members. Bookings made under member pricing without valid membership will be required to make additional payment.
